MHRA: Public consultation on the revision of European legislation on medical devices

The MHRA is seeking the views of healthcare professionals, patients, industry, academics, and the interested public on the draft new European legislation on medical devices. In September the European Commission published what it thinks the new legislation on medical devices should look like. The Member States of the European Union and the European Parliament will now negotiate and agree on the final legislation.
